The project aims establishing a model and dataset repository for systems medicine and developing an integrated model of cellular processes. This cannot be achieved by individual groups, but requires a collaborative effect. Therefore, we will organize four meetings during which the researchers are informed about standards and tools, as well as supported in the development and reimplementation of models adhering to these standards. Furthermore, the symposia will support the interaction of modelling groups, allowing them to identify potential synergies and overlaps between models.
